Working in an early childhood centre overseas can be an enriching experience and a good way for teachers to continue their career while also experiencing other cultures.
However New Zealand registered teachers who choose to leave the country for an extended period of time need to be aware that a long stint overseas could cause problems if they want to return to teaching here.
