We are pleased to offer a discount for organisations wanting five or more of their staff, clients, students, or board members to have access to the benefits of ChildForum membership for professional learning and networking.

The standard membership price is $95.00 per person for 12 months.

Our discounted group rates for members from the same organisation are:

• $80 per person for more than 5 memberships
• $75 per person for more than 10 memberships

Each member must have their own personal email address - this may be a work address e.g. Jill's email address at work might be  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it  but it can't be the organisations email address if other people also access mail at that address e.g. This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .   Or it may be a home email address.  It's easy to get a free hotmail email address online - ask us if you don't know how to get a free email address. 

We issue each member with a unique username and password for accessing the members-only areas of the website, and under their name they can add comments, ask questions, and also get discounts on registration fees for events, book purchases, etc.

We ask that one person from the organisation be the membership coordinator. This involves:

• Getting together a list of the full names, positions, and email addresses of everyone in your organisation who wants a ChildForum membership, and sending this list to us.
• We will send you an invoice for payment for the number of people at the group membership rate
• When payment is received,  we will issue usernames and passwords and email membership details to each new ChildForum member in your organisation. 
• Should a person who is a ChildFoum member leave your organisation before their 12 months membership comes up for renewal, we will let them keep their membership running for the remainder of their membership period and they can change the email address their membership is linked to.   If the person is replaced in your organisation, let us know and we will issue a new temporary membership for the new person for free until the annual expiry date for your group membership. 
• If any further staff  or people joining your organisation would also like membership at any time this can also be at the group rate and we will issue you with an invoice for payment.   However, to simplify administration the expiry/renewal date will be set for the same time as the group membership – so all your staff memberships within your group membership fall due for renewal at the same time each year.
• Monitoring when the 12 month membership renewal period falls due and reminding your staff not to pay individually for their membership when they receive an automated reminder to renew their membership.   We will send you an invoice for group membership.  To add new members let us know at this time so all memberships can be issued/renewed together.
