A ChildForum member asks about recognition of primary qualified teachers for the purposes of funding and whether they count as ECE qualifed registered teachers when services are required to have a minimum of 80% qualified registered ECE teachers in 2012.   Below is her question, a reply from the Ministry of Education, and some very interesting information to think about.
