The statistics show that the children who could most benefits from access to early childhood education provided in a licensed/regulated setting are the least likely to participating in it.
This page presents proposals received from ChildForum members and non-members for improving equity of access and increasing participation for children from disadvantaged and government's target groups (i.e. Maori and Pacific people).
