IF IT WAS NOT FOR CAMERA SURVEILLANCE PARENTS AND AUTHORITIES WOULD BE NONE THE WISER ABOUT THE REAL REASON FOR A CHILD’S PLAYGROUND INJUIRES AND THAT TEACHERS FAILED TO NOTICE AND RESPOND IN A TIMELY MANNER.
