There are always different issues and problems within early childhood services and in the provision of services to families. 

While some problems can be addressed by changes in government policy or by  changes in management or professional practices, others will always be challenges just because of the very nature of an early childhood programme setting. 

Here we will discuss concerns and issues, even if it's not politically cool to raise a particular concern.  But why not?  Why be quiet about issues and problems and let them fester.  Solutions are more likely to be found or harm minimised if there is awareness and frank discussion of problems.
