We bring you stories here of some of our leaders – some are known for their work within the early childhood or education communities, some are leading distinguished careers, while others are contributing in their own quiet, unrecognised but constructive way – the unsung heroes. They talk - each in their own separate, distinct and compelling manner - of their early struggles, perseverance, joys, passionate commitment and dogged goals for the education and welfare of our young children. Their extraordinary lives, we hope, will give inspiration and encouragement to others taking a similar path or considering what career path to take.
We also bring you the stories of some amazing men as they enter teacher training. Their stories are inspiring. We need to share their stories and say to other men "hey, men do become an ECE teachers and you could too!".
