This article covers the new and updated criteria for when an ECE Service must report a teacher (or a teacher who has since left employment) to the Teaching Council.
A copy of the mandatory report form is available below. Please note that the fine for ECE services failing to report carries a fine of up to $25,000 unless there is reasonable justification.
